Meeting was called to order at 7:34 pm by Tina Franetic 2^nd by Jonathan Klein                           

Board of Directors in attendance: Tina Franetic, Jonathan Klein, Allan Hollinger, and John Ayala.

Treasury Report was read by Jonathan Klein

    Current Balance $88,287.49

    Deposits for August $7,950.00

    Jonathan said all bills were paid except Goldcoast Sprinkler $450

Assessments: 7 paid late, 15 not paid -sending to Attorney, 4 returned

Violations: Violation sent out (Alan)

Architecture: (Frank)

    Received letter for Dura Loc Metal Roof

    Approved but must be Continental Style

Facility Maintenance:

    New Lighting Complete

    Landscape same

Town of Davie:

    Tina Franetic volunteered to be Town liaison, Jonathan Klein 2nd

Insurance:

    $1309 Paid in February

New Business:

    Nancy Baker resigned as Secretary effective April 25, 2007

    Levi Tyler volunteered his help as needed

    Discussed the P.O. Box Number problem

Tina made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:15 p.m. - Jonathan Klein seconded.
