The Board meeting was an

He debated the need for surveillance in the community and referenced the
vandalism and theft that has been recently occurring in the neighborhood.
Lieutenant Egland attended to explain to residents the home range of the
patrol assigned to their area and how an assigned patrol on duty works. There
was general debate about the costs of security versus the cost of management
for violations purposes.
-
EPM spoke concerning the
violations process. Management is contracted for 2 on-site visits per month.
However, management is often in the neighborhood weekly. A courtesy reminder
is sent. If that is ignored, then a 2nd notice is sent. The 3rd
notice is it is sent to the attorney for mediation.
