2013 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

ALSO PRESENT:       Gloria Fuentes- Exclusive Property Management

CALL TO ORDER:      Meeting was called to order at 7:31 pm. by Tina Franetic.

MINUTES:                    Minutes from 11/28/12 was approved by Josephine  

               Milone, 2^nd by John Ayala.  Motion passed unanimously.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Board requested Manager to contact Julie from Pan American regarding the landscaping proposal provided.  Her estimate needs to be revised not to exceed $3,700.00.  She needs to remove the gold mounds and put annuals.

Board requested Manager to obtain pressure cleaning estimates for the Stirling road sidewalk on the west side of the property and the sidewalks along the islands on Hawks Bluff Avenue.

Board requested Manager to contact Town of Davie in regards to all the signage in the property that needs repair.  Also, ask them when the streets will be repaved and when trees will be trimmed on Stirling Road.

Board requested Manager to contact the Town of Davie to ask if they can put a only right turn lane in the Montessori school.

Board requested Manager to mail out a courtesy letter to residents in Hawks Bluff Avenue to trim the trees in the swale areas.

Adjournment:  Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 pm.  Tina made the motion, Josephine 2^nd.  Motion passed unanimously.
