CALL TO ORDER:      Meeting was called to order at 7:32 pm. by Tina Franetic.

MOTIONS:

A motion was made to approve the March 26^th, 2014 minutes.  Tina made the motion, Val seconded.  Motion passed unanimously.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Architectural request was approved for 6301 Gaunlet Hall Lane for replacing all windows with impact resistance glass and replace 2 sliding doors.

Board requested Manager to contact the landscaper to report the lights on Stirling Road were staying on during the day.

Adjournment:  Meeting was adjourned at 7:59 pm.  Tina made the motion, John  seconded.  Motion passed unanimously.
