ALSO PRESENT:       Gloria Fuentes- Exclusive Property Management

HOMEOWNERS PRESENT: 9  

CALL TO ORDER:      Meeting was called to order at 7:32 pm. by Tina Franetic.

MINUTES:                      Minutes from board meeting 6/26/13 was approved by             

                                          Val O’Connor, 2^nd by Tina.  Motion passed unanimously.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Board requested Manager to mail a certified letter to homeowner at 6522 Abotts Mill Drive to clean up their backyard and get rid of their rat infestation.  Also, contact Town of Davie Code Enforcement and Department of Health for an inspection.

Board requested Manager to inspect Hawks Bluff for the houses that have not cut their grass.

Board requested Manager to contact the Ivanhoe Estates HOA regarding the cameras they installed and to obtain the vendor information.

Board requested Manager to contact Town of Davie regarding their Crime Watch program. 

Adjournment:  Meeting was adjourned at 8:55 pm.  Tina Franetic made the motion, Val O’Connor 2^nd.  Motion passed unanimously.
