Ivanhoe Waverly Hundred HOA Meeting February 25, 2009
Meeting was called to order at 7:36 pm by Jonathan Klein, seconded by Val O'Connor.
Board of Directors in attendance: Tina Frenetic, Val O'Connor, Jonathan Klein, John Ayala, Frank Milone and Levi Tyler.
4 people in attendance.
Treasury Report - Jonathan Klein
End of month Bank Balance is $45,564.13
Assessment fee deposits were $28,896.00
Checks written in the amount of $2390.54
Balance is $71,518.50
Two checks were written to the attorney for $311.71 to pay off lien on a house and for a late expense.
There are 33 unposted assessment payments.
201 homes paid out of 295 total homeowners.
Will wait one more week before late notices go out.
Facility Maintenance-Alan
Alan not at the meeting.
We talked about whether we have city water or canal water when the plumbing company mentioned
that the water was low in the canal and they would need to revert the pipes.
Violations- John
Discussed the fence by the water department looking bad.
The boat is still being parked over night on Gauntlett Hall Lane.
Architecture-Frank
Several roofs are going up not getting letters of approval
Town of Davie-Tina
No fishing signs were taken down.
Insurance-Jonathan
Nothing to report.
New Business
Discussed the FPL lawn area and what can that area be used for.
Discussed ways to bring the insurance premiums down by making the attics more hurricane proof.
