Membership Information
Mission Statement: The “Ivanhoe Civic Association” is dedicated to the ongoing betterment of the entire community that supports the residents, children, schools and businesses within the area known as “Ivanhoe”. Our members promise to be good neighbors and will display enthusiastic interest by participating in neighborhood events, being active in solving our common concerns. We are bound to our promise in supporting and creating goodwill among all who visit, work and live in our community.
The Ivanhoe Civic Association is a non-profit group made up of residents, officers of homeowners associations, local businesses and individuals within “Ivanhoe”. Ivanhoe is a residential and business community located in Davie, Florida and is generally bordered between Sheridan Street to the north and Griffin Road to the north, between SW 148th Street (Volunteer Road) to the East and Dykes Road to the West. In addition, a small residential section of Ivanhoe, known as Ivanhoe Estates is located in SW Ranches and is known as the “Original Ivanhoe”.
