Alan reported that DEO Landscaping has been contacted 3 times to trim the trees along Hawkes Bluff near the park

Jonathan stated that we did receive the new insurance policy

Jonathan reported that we received 2 Estoppel Letter requests

Alan stated that he is in the process of getting quotes for painting the outside walls

We discussed Val O’Connor taking over the website    

Tina suggested offering service hours to the Ivanhoe Waverly Hundred students to help around our community.
