                     Alan not at the meeting.

The lid of the box at the Stirling Rd. entranceway was replaced.

The east wall at Stirling needs to have graffiti painted over.  It was partly covered over by

a board member, still waiting for the painter to come.

Violations- John and Levi

One homeowner had her mailbox moved closer to the street to alleviate the trackmarks

left by the mail carrier's truck.

Homeowners leaving their boats parked outside for more than a couple of days are sent a

letter and then a legal letter to move them if they don't oblige.

A homeowner cut a tree down on Hawkes Bluff which is illegal to do so without getting

                    approval from the city.

If someone puts an addition on without getting approval, the addition will be torn down.

With go carts and golf carts in the streets, people parking in the streets, with people not keeping

up their property in an orderly fashion, it seems more and more that property management

will be needed to keep order here.

Everyone needs to be treated equally. To change by-laws it takes two thirds of the residents

                    to vote.

Landscaping needs to be tightened up. We need to know what is done when.

The fence on Hawkes Bluff near the water plant was painted. There are several roofs that are

dirty and need to be cleaned.

Homeowners need to keep up the cleaning of their sidewalks.

Architecture-Frank

                    Frank not at the meeting.

Town of Davie-Tina

We need to have new no soliciting signs and crime watch signs put up at both entranceways.

It was suggested to have the 30 miles and hour signed moved to Sedgewyk Circle and not

at the very beginning of the entranceway on Dykes Rd.

Insurance-Jonathan

                  Jonathan not at the meeting.

New Business

The treasurer on the board would like to resign.

To put a new roof on it is a requirement to get a letter of approval form the board.

It was discussed that people are parking in the yard on Sedgewyk West. It is legal to park

                   in the yard.

Two boats are being parked on Hawkes BLuff Ave, one being an airboat. Letters need to

be written to have them removed.
