BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

MINUTES

Pursuant to call upon proper notice, the meeting of the Board of Directors was held on May 23rd, 2012.

 

PRESENT:                          Tina Franetic – President

                                                Mike Hapsas – Director

John Ayala – Director

                                                                                               

ABSENT:                              Kathie Carlisle – Secretary

                                                Josephine Milone - Director

           

ALSO PRESENT:               Gloria Fuentes- Exclusive Property Management

                                                                       

CALL TO ORDER:            

Tina Franetic, President called the meeting to order at 7:32 PM having established a quorum.

 

MINUTES:

 

A MOTION was made by John Ayala to approve the minutes of May 24th, 2012. 2nd by John Ayala and APPROVED by Mike Haspas 3.3.

 

Board requested Manager to email all architectural requests to all board members.

 

Board requested Manager to contact the tenant of 6522 Abotts Mills Avenue regarding their overgrown backyard and the rat infestation.  If they don’t clean it up within 30 days the board will have Julie from Pan American Landscaping give an estimate on cleaning it up. 

 

OPEN FORUM TO THE MEMBERSHIP:

2 members were present and questions were taken during this time as the legal portion would be closed to the members.

 

Board advised homeowners present the Security issue was a dead issue and no further action will be taken by the board.

 

MANAGEMENT REPORT:

The Property Manager presented the management report to the Board.

 

FINANCIAL REVIEW:

The Financial Statement for the period ending April 30th, 2012 and the Delinquencies were reviewed.

 

COLLECTIONS:

 

Board reviewed the delinquency report and the status report with the Manager

 

ADJOURNMENT:  

A Motion to ADJOURN at 8:25 PM was made by Tina Franetic.
