The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by John Weissgerber

 

 

John Weissgerber made a motion to approve minutes from the June 24, 2015 meeting as presented and read. Val O’Connor seconded the motion. All in favor, the motion passed.

 

John Weissgerber made a motion to approve the mailing of the Document Recertification meeting. Josephine seconded the motion. All in Favor, the motion passed.

 

John Weissgerber made a motion to not move forward with the changing of the certified mailing requirement. Five voted for, one against (Val O’Connor), the motion passed.

 

The community officer was present to speak about crime in the community. He also spoke about registering your home when on vacation through the Town of Davie website.

 

Val O”Connor presented proposals for cleaning and painting the wall. These proposals will be discussed at the next meeting.

 

The floor was opened to the members in attendance so that questions could be answered.

There being no further business to discuss, a motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:34 p.m.
