| There were no minutes from the June 2016 Meeting to approve. | ||
| Val O'Connor mentioned that the interior of the perimeter wall has not been painted for quite some time and she will be soliciting bids for the future. This will be discussed at a later date to be determined. | ||
| There was some discussion on the ducks in the community; | ||
| There being no further business to discuss, a motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:55 p.m. | ||
