2013 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

ABSENT:                      Josephine Milone - Director

           

           

ALSO PRESENT:       Gloria Fuentes- Exclusive Property Management

CALL TO ORDER:      Meeting was called to order at 7:32 pm. by Tina Franetic.

           

MINUTES:                    Minutes from board meeting 424/13 was approved by  Val  

O’Connor, 2nd by John Ayala.  Motion passed unanimously.

 

MISCELLANEOUS:

 

Board made a motion to hire Bright Look Services Board requested Manager to do the pressure cleaning for the Stirling road sidewalk on the west side of the property, the sidewalks along the islands on Hawkes Bluff Avenue, and entrance of Dykes Road.  Val O’Connor made the motion, 2nd by John Ayala.  Motion passed unanimously.

 

Board requested Manager to have Julie from Pan American provide an estimate o plant bushes along the south wall to cover the bubble on the wall.

 

Board requested Manager to contact the painter regarding the paint left over from the paint job.

 

Board requested Manager to mail a certified letter to homeowner at 6522 Abotts Mill Drive to trim their bushes in the back causing rat infestation affecting neighbors.  Deadline to comply is July 15th

 

Adjournment:  Meeting was adjourned at 8:32 pm.  Tina Franetic made the motion, Val O’Connor 2nd.  Motion passed unanimously.
