Ivanhoe Waverly Hundred HOA Meeting March 25, 2009
Meeting was called to order at 7:36 pm by Jonathan Klein, seconded by Val O'Connor.
Board of Directors in attendance: Tina Frenetic, Val O'Connor, Jonathan Klein, John Ayala, Alan Hollinger
and Levi Tyler.
3 people in attendance.
Treasury Report - Jonathan Klein
End of month Bank Balance is $71,818.48
Assessment fee deposits were $16,210.71
Late notices have gone out.
There are 30 unposted assessment payments.
Some payments have come in without the late payment. They will be receiving late letters.
Facility Maintenance-Alan
We discussed on Dykes entrance we use city water and Stirling Rd. we use canal water.
We have a contract with the sprinkler company at $125/mo. It will cost $800 to repair sprinklers.
We wondered whether the landscaper actually fertilizes according to scheduled times.
Violations- John
Received a letter from homeowner stating they will be fixing the fence by the water department
that is looking bad.
The boat on Hawkes Bluff was finally moved. They had requested the bylaws be changed.
Architecture-Frank
Frank not at the meeting.
Town of Davie-Tina
We discussed the signs under the FP&L lines that have been down since the hurricane and whether
the city should be called to put them back up. We also discussed whether to get new No Fishing
signs or not since they were removed.
Insurance-Jonathan
Nothing to report.
New Business
Discussed Vista Park by Griffin and Volunteer being built and whether it would affect our homes as far
as people selling their homes because of it. Also a reminder to everyone with dogs to be considerate
and clean up after your dogs.
