IVANHOE WAVERLY HUNDRED HOA MEETING

MARCH 23,  2011

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm by Tina Franetic, seconded by John Ayala.

Board of Directors in attendance: Tina Franetic, John Ayala,  Kathy Carlisle, Mike Hapsas.  18 people in attendance.

TREASURY REPORT: Bank balance operation as of 2/28/2011  $71,869.61                                     

Bank balance wall account $22,005.51

FACILITY MAINTENANCE: No new issues

VIOLATIONS: Violations committee ready.

ARCHITECTURE: Nothing to report 

TOWN OF DAVIE: Water restrictions now in place. See Town of Davie website for details.

OLD BUSINESS:  Budget will be prepared by the new management company, as well as administrative duties.  They are no longer responsible for violations.

NEW BUSINESS:  Jay Mangel, representing new management company, Exclusive Property Management presented line by line 2010 & 2011 budget.  Motion to approve 2011 budget by Tina Franetic. Approved by board. Speak Out board was removed from website/will not be placed back. Previous postings have been printed. Resident communication will be to the association email address only.

Recommended grievance committee be formed to acknowledge violations completed.  Approved, board will be the grievance committee.

Open forum at end of meeting for residents to speak out.
