Jonathan said all bills were paid
Assessments: 1 house in foreclosure
Violations: 12 letters sent out (Alan)

The first week of June new plants will be planted at the entrances

Val O’Connor offered to take over the website and keep it updated
Discussed painting the out side wall
Discussed homeowners calling 954-765-4321 (Broward County Sheriff office) to report parking violations
Tina made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:09 p.m. - Jonathan Klein seconded.
