Ivanhoe Waverly Hundred HOA Meeting May 26, 2010
Meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm by Tina Franetic. seconded by John Ayala.
Board of Directors in attendance: Tina Franetic, John Ayala, Frank Milone and Levi Tyler.

Facility Maintenance – N/A
Violations- Representative from EPM went over outstanding violations and we discuss that third time violators should now be forwarded to attorney for appropriate action.

New Business
Our Treasurer/ VP/ Secretary Val O’Conner unfortunately resigned. Because she was such a large contribution to our HOA we asked the homeowners in attendance to help keep the association running. Two people came forward and a vote was put forth. Tina Franetic made a motion to elect two new directors to the HOA. Levi Tyler second the motion therefore, appointed new treasurer Bob Serrone and the new landscape/electrical director Frank Garcia. It was also discussed that we will hire off duty officers to patrol our neighborhood, but that we will have to follow proper procedures and obtain appropriate HO votes to agree to using reserved fund temporarily then increasing our assessment fee for 2011 to accommodate the new services.
