MINUTES
Pursuant to call upon proper notice, the meeting of the Board of Directors was held on May 23rd, 2012.
PRESENT: John Ayala – Director
Kathie Carlisle – Secretary
Josephine Milone - Director
ABSENT: Tina Franetic – President
Mike Hapsas – Director
ALSO PRESENT: Gloria Fuentes- Exclusive Property Management
CALL TO ORDER:
Josephine Milone, called the meeting to order at 7:37 PM having established a quorum.
OPEN FORUM TO THE MEMBERSHIP:
Two members were present and questions were taken during this time as the legal portion would be closed to the members.
One homeowner had concerns regarding security, he wants to know if they board is planning to install security cameras in common areas. In the past the board had addressed this issue but there was no membership participation. Board requested Manager to include it on the agenda for discussion at the June Meeting.
MANAGEMENT REPORT:
The Property Manager presented the management report to the Board.
FINANCIAL REVIEW:
The Financial Statement for the period ending April 30th, 2012 and the Delinquencies were reviewed.
MEDIATION ISSUE:
Mike Hapsas Agreement was not discussed at this meeting, board requested to table it for the next meeting.
MINUTES:
A MOTION was made by Josephine to approve the March 28th, 2012 Board Meeting Minutes with a 2nd offered by John Ayala, 3rd by Kathie Carlisle 3:5.
ADJOURNMENT:
A Motion to ADJOURN at 8:45 PM was made by Josephine Malone.
