ABSENT:                      John Ayala – Director

ALSO PRESENT:       Gloria Fuentes- Exclusive Property Management

HOMEOWNERS PRESENT: 9  

CALL TO ORDER:      Meeting was called to order at 7:31 pm. by Tina Franetic.

MINUTES:                      Minutes from board meeting 8/28/13 was approved by             

                                         Val O’Connor, 2^nd by Tina.  Motion passed unanimously.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Officer Grazidaei from City of Sunrise came to the meeting and discussed the crimes in the areas and provided homeowners crime watch tips.

Eric from Sound & Source came to the meeting to discuss the cameras for both entrances and answered homeowner questions.

Board requested Manager to contact the Public School Transportation Department regarding the traffic on Dykes Road.

Adjournment:  Meeting was adjourned at 8:44 pm.  Tina Franetic made the motion, Val O’Connor 2^nd.  Motion passed unanimously.
